"Took my '03 Hyundai there for transmission check. Found out it needed to be rebuilt. Austin answers the phone every time it rings, and when I came in to pick my car up, he explained the work he had done, and it was more like a lesson on engines and transmissions and how they work.

He didn't talk down to me like some mechanics do to women. He used diagrams and genuinely cared that I understood what I was paying for. He told me if I had any questions to call him, and even though the shop closes around 5:30 pm, he answers calls till 10:00 pm. It was more like taking my car to a doctor than a repair SHOP!"
